Yoga is more than a series of poses—it’s a practice of presence, connection, and joy. Whether we’re outside under the pines, in a classroom circle, or gathered at the studio, movement becomes a bridge: from chaos to calm, from tension to trust.

I teach yoga and mindfulness for all ages—families, schools, and educators—using story, play, and breath to help children and adults feel safe in their bodies and strong in their hearts.
