Movement for Every Body. Mindfulness for Every Day.

Yoga is more than a series of poses—it’s a practice of presence, connection, and joy. Whether we’re outside under the pines, in a classroom circle, or gathered at the studio, movement becomes a bridge: from chaos to calm, from tension to trust.

I teach yoga and mindfulness for all ages—families, schools, and educators—using story, play, and breath to help children and adults feel safe in their bodies and strong in their hearts.

  • “Abbie has a calm, centered presence that instantly puts kids (and their parents) at ease. She meets each child where they are, with patience, empathy, curiosity, and a sense of wonder that makes every moment feel like an adventure. She has a true gift for helping kids reconnect with their bodies, teaching them not just how to care for themselves, but why it matters. Beyond the classroom, she’s deeply invested in building community and generously shares resources that support both kids and their families. We’re so grateful for the grounding, hopeful, and joy-filled impact she brings to our children’s lives.”
